At hip hope hoorah, we want you to love your jewelry for years to come. Below you'll find our policies on repairs, cancellations, and care instructions to help you maintain your pieces.

Policy for Charm Bar Items

If you experience any issues with your Charm Bar item within 7 days of purchase, please contact us.
To request an assessment email us at hello@hiphopehoorah.com with the following:
A clear photo of the issue
A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase

If you experience any issues beyond 7 days, please reach out to us—we're happy to assess the situation and discuss possible solutions.

Once we receive your email with the necessary details, we’ll assess the issue and confirm how to proceed.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy for appointments and services:

24-Hour Notice for Full Refund: To receive a full refund, please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the start of your appointment.

$5 Booking Fee: If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, the $5 booking fee per person is non-refundable.

No-Show Policy: No-shows are non-refundable. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and the booking fee will not be refunded.

Group Size Changes: If your group arrives with fewer guests than originally booked, you will still be charged based on the original reservation, unless you update your booking at least 24 hours in advance.

To make any changes to your booking, please email us at hello@hiphopehoorah.com. We do not accept cancellations, or changes via text.

Jewelry Care Instructions

To help your jewelry last as long as possible, we recommend the following care guidelines:

Remove your jewelry before swimming, exercising, sleeping, and showering.

Store your jewelry in a soft cloth bag or box when not in use, and remove it while applying lotions, perfumes, or makeup.

Gold-filled chain necklaces, bracelets, and anklets can be worn while swimming and showering, as these are long-lasting and resistant to tarnishing.

All of our products are nickel-free and hypoallergenic.

Are your products hypoallergenic?

Yes! All of our products are nickel free and hypoallergenic.

Does Charm Bar accept walk-ins?

Appointments are required for the Charm Bar experience, but our curated jewelry collection, and many other amazing maker's products, are available for purchase during the stores regular hours.

What metals do you offer for Charm Bar?

We carry many gold, silver, and beaded options at our Charm Bar. All products are either plated or gold filled, but we recommend carefully following our care guidelines found above.

What is your return policy?

Please contact us within 7 days if there are any issues with your order and we will gladly find a resolution. Due to the unique nature of our products, all custom made orders are final sale. For more information on Charm Bar products please see above.

When can I expect my order?

Ready to ship orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Custom orders will be processed within 4-7 business days. You can expect all domestic orders to arrive via USPS first class mail 3-7 days after the order has been fulfilled. International orders will arrive in 14-30 business days.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

To give your jewelry its longest life possible we recommend removing before swimming, exercising, sleeping and showering. We also suggest storing your jewelry in a soft cloth bag or box and removing while applying lotions, perfumes or make-up.
