Description
Book a time slot for our Charm Bar, located inside KaraKara Blooms/Chroma at 472 N Broadway in Denver, Colorado. Each appointment reserves a spot for one person, so please book accordingly for the total number of guests attending. Please let us know when booking if you’ll be joining us with a group for a special occasion. We’d love to celebrate with you!
A $5 per person booking fee secures your Charm Bar spot. This fee is in addition to your final in-store Charm Bar purchase and is non-refundable unless canceled or rescheduled. See our [cancellation policy] for details.

Please note: Store hours may differ from the availability shown below. Appointments are required for the Charm Bar experience, but our curated jewelry collection is available for purchase during Chroma's regular hours.

Are your products hypoallergenic?
Yes! All of our products are nickel free and hypoallergenic.
What is your return policy?
Please contact us within 7 days if there are any issues with your order and we will gladly find a resolution.
Due to the unique nature of our products, all custom made orders are final sale.
When can I expect my order?
Ready to ship orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Custom orders will be processed within 4-7 business days. You can expect all domestic orders to arrive via USPS first class mail 3-7 days after the order has been fulfilled. International orders will arrive in 14-30 business days.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
To give your jewelry its longest life possible we recommend removing before swimming, exercising, sleeping and showering. We also suggest storing your jewelry in a soft cloth bag or box and removing while applying lotions, perfumes or make-up.
Gold filled chain necklaces, bracelets and anklets can be worn while swimming and showering as these items are long lasting and resistant to tarnishing.
